The Staff / Pastor Parish Relations (SPPRC) Committee builds a strong positive relationship between staff and the congregation. The committee works with the pastor and other staff to fulfill the legal and ethical responsibilities related to the staff.

The current SPPRC chair is Fred Eckstein.
